OUR STRATEGY
Our strategy creates the means by which we will achieve our mission and vision. This process holds individual divisions accountable for their progress while ensuring that the enterprise collectively moves forward. The strategy is aligned horizontally for maximum effect. We utilize a cascading process, overseen by our executive supervisors, which tie their actions back to our strategy with tangible objectives.
We deploy bespoke technology, innovations and artificial intelligence to enhancing and ensuring a sustainable quality service delivery and further collaborate with our constitutional security agencies within and outside our operating terrain.
The three tools and visuals used to communicate the FTSS strategy include:

- The Strategy Pillars, which show the areas we need to focus on to accomplish our vision over the next three to five years.
- The Strategy Card, which measures progress and informs on efforts made toward meeting objectives.
- The strategy works in concert with the National Security Strategy through the Nigerian Security and Civil Defense Strategic Plan and Code of Conduct. It is also revalidated to ensure it reflects the national strategic imperatives and initiatives.

We have over 100 personnel, including special agents and support professionals such as intelligence analysts, language specialists, scientists, and information technology specialists.
Management and Supervision
We understand the importance of excellent supervision and have identified it as a vital part of our success. We believe in two types of supervision namely:
Operational Management
Daily and spontaneous visits are made by our area supervisors who are accountable for maintaining set standards that the guards sign upon employment which keeps up the good standards of service delivery.
Divisional Management
Regular visits for the purpose of assessing standards are being met and to liaise with the clients as part of our operations by the supervisor or manager.

We work around the Country. Along with our Headquarters in Abuja, we have 6 field offices located in major States in Nigeria as our satellite offices.
